Michael Holm joins P-Secure as investor and co-owner
We are pleased to announce that Michael Holm, founder of Systematic A/S, has joined the ownership group of P-Secure.
Although we are still a young company, we have already established a strong market position in a short period of time. More than 100 companies and public authorities are already using our platform, and P-Secure is currently valued at DKK 200 million.
The current threat landscape has highlighted the growing need to protect European critical infrastructure. This has created a significant market for high-volume background screening across borders in compliance with European legislation — naturally creating substantial opportunities for a company like ours.
However, as we continue to scale, new challenges and potential pitfalls also emerge. That is why it is essential for us to build a strong team with diverse profiles — combining experience with the ability to challenge conventional thinking and contribute new perspectives.
We are convinced that we can learn a great deal from Michael and are excited to welcome him to P-Secure.
