Full case management by P-Secure
In this model, P-Secure handles the entire case management process and conducts the background check from start to finish on your behalf. You receive a fully outsourced and centralized solution with high quality standards and complete transparency. This model is particularly suited to organizations seeking maximum operational relief through a fully managed background screening service.
The model includes:
• P-Secure manages the creation, processing, and assessment of all cases.
• A clear agreement is established whereby cases involving specific findings can be discussed with your organization, ensuring that any employment-related matters and decisions remain entirely under your control.
• Processes are agreed upon and documented in close collaboration with your organization.
• Ongoing reporting and consolidated oversight across the organization.
We recommend including an agreement that allows the P-Secure Analysis Team to conduct supplementary background checks. Experience shows that selected cases may require additional information gathering through Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT). In such cases, we validate, qualify, and expand upon findings, including identified system notification already highlighted through the automated background check process.
Pricing and Contract Structure:
• The Managed Solution and supplementary background checks services are provided on a subscription basis.

This model is designed for organizations that wish to get started quickly while gradually building internal capabilities and ultimately taking over case management themselves - for example, after the first year.
The model includes:
• P-Secure manages the creation, processing, and assessment of all cases.
• A clear agreement is established whereby cases involving specific findings can be discussed with your organization, ensuring that any employment-related matters and decisions remain entirely within your organization.
• Processes are agreed upon and documented in close collaboration.
• Ongoing reporting and consolidated oversight across the organization.
• A structured plan is established for the gradual training and onboarding of your organization’s personnel to manage the case handling process independently.
We recommend including an agreement that allows the P-Secure Analysis Team to conduct supplementary background checks. Audit readiness support
In this model, P-Secure manages the core case handling activities and supports your organization in preparing for an audit. This model is particularly suitable for organizations that already conduct automated background checks internally but require assistance in ensuring audit readiness.
To provide an accurate quotation, we begin with a dialogue to identify any gaps or outstanding requirements. In some cases, this may involve restarting or repeating background checks. In other situations, support may be required for a specific group of individuals or for the review of existing cases and documentation.
Prerequisites for Managed Solution Services:
Our Managed Solution services require a subscription to P-Secure’s automated background screening platform, either in the Light or Extended version.
Regardless of which Managed Solution model you choose, a fully operational system will be established in which all relevant employees, suppliers, and other affiliated parties are registered and can be managed in a structured and secure manner—both now and in the future.
