Automatic Emails

We've taken the first step toward a fully automated email flow in P-Secure, so communication between administrators and applicants happens directly on the platform. You can now send welcome emails and reminders directly from P-Secure—to individual checks or in bulk, both when creating new cases and for existing ones. Once a welcome email has been sent, you can follow up with reminders. One reminder per case can be sent per day.

In upcoming updates, we'll expand the email functionality with additional email types, including a return email with the option to add comments for the applicant. We're also working on making all emails configurable, giving you more control over when your emails are sent.

All emails sent from the P-Secure platform are sent from noreply@p-secure.com.

CV Activity Period Shown in File Preview

Reviewing an applicant's CV and documentation is now easier. We've added the CV activity period directly in the document preview, so you can quickly get an overview.

Ongoing Improvements and Bug Fixes

We're continuously working to optimise the P-Secure platform. This update includes a number of bug fixes and user experience improvements, including better case handling and general stability enhancements. Our goal is to ensure the platform always runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible for you.

ATP Integration (borger.dk) for Auto-Generated CVs

P-Secure is now integrated with ATP (borger.dk) and can, with applicant consent, retrieve data directly from ATP to auto-generate verified CV information. Applicants no longer need to download and upload an ATP file themselves—they simply provide consent via MitID.

Global Company Registry

For employment abroad, applicants can now search for companies from nearly every country in the world. Company data—including address, industry, status, website, phone number, and email—will be displayed on the case under "CV Check" for the hiring organisation.

Custom Modules

With custom modules, your organisation can now collect company-specific documents or special documentation from applicants, such as consent forms, first aid certificates, certifications, and more. You can set the title and body text for the custom module when creating the screening type. Please contact P-Secure at servicedesk@p-secure.com if you'd like to enable custom modules.

Dynamic Emails, Welcome Pages, and Privacy Policies

You can now vary the content of emails, welcome pages, and privacy policies based on which domain a case is created under and which screening categories the case contains. Please contact P-Secure at servicedesk@p-secure.com to have this configured.

Usage Overview

You can now track your usage (number of completed cases where data has been received from the applicant) and subscription expiry directly from the case overview.

Research Module

The Research module has received a major update. Based on an applicant's researcher ID, you can now retrieve a complete publication history, an overview of co-authors, and co-authors' affiliations with universities and companies. Publication history can be screened against dual-use lists, emerging technologies, sanctions lists, the ASPI list, and more.

• A notification is now shown if an applicant has resided or stayed abroad for more than 6 months
• Improved search for business roles
• You can now choose whether education data should be merged into the CV check under screening type settings

References

The References module has been upgraded across all parameters and can now be used to verify and elaborate on all types of employment and activities from P-Secure's CV Check module.

• Applicants can select references from any company or activity in their CV
• An email is automatically sent to the reference
• References can confirm or deny the employment, add notes, and indicate whether they wish to be contacted by phone
• Dynamic overview in P-Secure of reference response status

CV Check

The CV Check module, used to auto-generate and verify an applicant's CV, is now available in a version offering even greater flexibility to tailor the feature to your organisation's specific requirements.

P-Secure's CV Check has previously been optimised for the most heavily regulated industries, including aviation, which has particularly extensive requirements for documentation methods and types. The new version allows the CV Check to be adapted for any industry or organisation that wants to perform CV verification.

• The age limit for criminal records has been changed from 6 days to 30 days
• Simple Report has been discontinued and replaced by the Certificate
• You can now edit a screening type—changes will apply to all background checks created under that screening type going forward
• Documents previewed in Safari browsers can now be closed with a single click
• Improved auto-reading of ATP PDFs across all browsers and devices
• Education data from the Education module is now merged into the CV Check
