Espresso House and P-Secure enter into an agreement on automated background checks

Even baristas must undergo background checks when they have access to critical infrastructure - e.g. Copenhagen Airport. If your company is a supplier or has access to critical infrastructure, you must conduct a background check on your employees.

It may sound very intrusive, but remember that a check can vary from a simple driver's license check to a check for problematic relationships with competing companies. Where it was previously a recommendation that few companies followed, it will soon become a legal requirement. Airports have long been subject to such requirements - now we are automating the process!‍
