New updates and improvements to P-Secure.
Tags, Case Priority, and CV History
Tags
Organise your cases your way. You can now create custom tags and apply them to cases for easier filtering and overview. Tags help you categorise cases by project, department, or any system that fits your workflow. Create and manage tags under Settings → Tags, and add them when creating a case or directly from the case table. Tags are visible across your organisation, making it easy for your team to stay aligned.
Priority
Highlight what matters most. You can now assign priority levels to cases directly from the case table - both individually and in bulk. Use priority to ensure urgent cases get the attention they need, and filter or sort by priority to stay on top of your workload.
CV History
You can now view previous versions of the CV, making it easier to spot differences between submissions. This gives you a clear audit trail and helps you quickly identify what the applicant has changed or added since the last submission.
Right-Click Context Menu
Work faster with quick access to case actions. Right-click any row in the case table to open a context menu with common actions like assigning, changing status, adding tags, or setting priority without navigating away from the overview. The existing action menu will still be available for a period of time.
Case Document Deletion
Minimise sensitive data when it's no longer needed. Once a case has been approved or rejected, you can now delete unnecessary files and documents directly from the case. This helps you stay compliant with data minimisation principles.
Performance improvements & Bug Fixes
We've made several improvements under the hood to ensure a smoother experience. Tables across the platform now load faster and handle large datasets more efficiently. We've also fixed a number of issues in the application flow, reducing friction and improving reliability for both administrators and applicants. As always, we're continuously working to optimise P-Secure and welcome your feedback.
General improvements and fixes
Social Media Module — Now with contact details
Capture work and personal phone numbers and emails directly in the Social Media module, making it easier to gather the selectors you need for thorough screening.
CV Timeline — Business roles included
The CV timeline now displays business roles alongside employment history, giving you a fuller picture at a glance.
Education Module — "No documentation" option
Applicants can now indicate when they don't have documentation for an education entry, reducing back-and-forth and clarifying gaps upfront.
Improvements
- Faster navigation on Hub — Moving between pages is now noticeably quicker
- Passport module fix — Resolved an issue where users could get stuck during upload of passport
- Smarter automatic emails — Improved logic for when system emails are sent
- View submitted cases — Applicants can now access their cases after submission
Hub & Social media
New Application platform Hub
We've redesigned the applicant flow, making the process easier and more intuitive from start to finish. All new background checks will be completed via the new Hub platform. We're excited to finally unveil it and welcome your feedback.
Social Media
A new screening category called "Social Media" is now available. Applicants can provide their various social media accounts as part of the process.
Consolidated Notification Emails
If you're assigned multiple background checks within a short period, you'll now receive a single summary email instead of one per assignment.

Automatic Emails and returned cases
Automatic Email Settings
You can now configure when P-Secure automatically sends emails to applicants. Control whether emails are sent when cases are created, approved, and set when reminders should be sent for incomplete cases. Find these settings under Settings → Emails.
Return Cases to Applicants
Need to send a case back to an applicant? This can now be done directly from P-Secure with an automatic email. Choose which approvals and comments to include, and add a closing comment before sending.
Email on Case Assignment
When you're assigned a case, you'll now receive an email with a direct link to it, so you can get started right away.
Email When Cases Are Ready for Review
If a case you're assigned changes status to "Ready for Review", you'll automatically receive an email with a link, keeping you up to date.
Case Export Improvements
When exporting cases, you can now see whether a case is open or closed, giving you a more complete overview of your data.

Global Search and more data sources to generate your CV
Global Search
We've added a search field that lets you search across all data on your client. You can also search third-party databases such as the Danish CVR register, RUT register, and more. Access it quickly with CTRL+K or CMD+K, or click the search field at the top of the screen or in the left-hand menu. This feature is in BETA and will be refined based on feedback.
Swedish Data Sources for CV Generation
It's now easier for Swedish citizens to generate their CV. P-Secure now supports documents from the Swedish Tax Agency (Skatteverket). Applicants who have worked in Sweden can upload annual income statements directly, and P-Secure will generate the CV automatically. Currently, yearly CV generation is supported.
You can also now generate your CV using Danish pension data without being logged in via MitID.
Privacy Policy and Declaration Copies
When an applicant completes a background check, a copy of the privacy policy they signed and their declaration of truthfulness are saved. Both documents can be found on the individual case under "Documents".
