For beskæftigelse i udlandet kan ansøgere nu søge efter virksomheder fra næsten alle lande i verden. Virksomhedsdata - herunder adresse, branche, status, websted, telefonnummer og e-mail - vises på sagen under „CV-kontrol“ for den ansættende organisation.

Custom-moduler

Med Custom-moduler kan din organisation nu indsamle virksomhedsspecifikke dokumenter eller særlig dokumentation fra ansøgere, såsom samtykkeformularer, førstehjælpscertifikater, certificeringer og meget mere. Du kan indstille titel og brødtekst for det brugerdefinerede modul, når du opretter screeningstypen. Dynamiske e-mails, velkomstsider og privatlivspolitikker

Du kan nu variere indholdet af e-mails, velkomstsider og privatlivspolitikker baseret på hvilket domæne en sag oprettes under, og hvilke screeningskategorier sagen indeholder. Kontakt venligst P-Secure på servicedesk@p-secure.com for at få dette konfigureret.

Du kan nu spore dit forbrug (antal afsluttede sager, hvor der er modtaget data fra ansøgeren) og abonnementets udløb direkte fra sagsoversigten.

Forskningsmodul

Forskningsmodulet har modtaget en større opdatering. Baseret på en ansøgers forsker-id kan du nu hente en komplet publikationshistorik, en oversigt over medforfattere og medforfatteres tilknytning til universiteter og virksomheder. Publikationshistorik kan screenes mod lister med dobbelt anvendelse, nye teknologier, sanktionslister, ASPI-listen og mere.

References

The References module has been upgraded across all parameters and can now be used to verify and elaborate on all types of employment and activities from P-Secure's CV Check module.

• Applicants can select references from any company or activity in their CV
• An email is automatically sent to the reference
• References can confirm or deny the employment, add notes, and indicate whether they wish to be contacted by phone
• Dynamic overview in P-Secure of reference response status

CV Check

The CV Check module, used to auto-generate and verify an applicant's CV, is now available in a version offering even greater flexibility to tailor the feature to your organisation's specific requirements.

P-Secure's CV Check has previously been optimised for the most heavily regulated industries, including aviation, which has particularly extensive requirements for documentation methods and types. The new version allows the CV Check to be adapted for any industry or organisation that wants to perform CV verification.

Other Updates

• The age limit for criminal records has been changed from 6 days to 30 days
• Simple Report has been discontinued and replaced by the Certificate
• You can now edit a screening type—changes will apply to all background checks created under that screening type going forward
• Documents previewed in Safari browsers can now be closed with a single click
• Improved auto-reading of ATP PDFs across all browsers and devices
• Education data from the Education module is now merged into the CV Check

Document Upload

We're excited to introduce our new feature for uploading documents to a background check.

This feature allows you to:

• Attach one or more documents to a background check
• Upload various file types including PDF, DOC, DOCX, and image files
• Categorise files
• Edit file names and categories
• Preview files
• Download attached files

This new feature makes your workflow more efficient by letting you keep all documents related to a specific background check in one place—always ready when you need them.

• Redesigned case view for a better overview
• New case menu containing all actions and case details
