New updates and improvements to P-Secure.
Global Search
In the latest version of P-Secure, we have added a search field where you can search across all data on your client. In addition, you also have the option to search third-party databases such as the Danish CVR register, RUT register, etc. To use the search function, you can either press CTRL+K or CMD+K for quick access, or press directly on the search box at the top of the screen or in the menu on the left side. This feature is in BETA and will be further developed based on feedback and bugs.
Swedish data sources for CV generation
It has now become easier for Swedish citizens to generate their CV, as P-Secure now supports documents from the Swedish Skatteverket. Individuals who have worked in Sweden have the opportunity to upload annual deposit documents from Skatteverket directly into P-Secure. P-Secure will automatically generate the CV with these documents. At the moment, the CV is supported on an annual basis.
It is now also possible to generate your CV via Danish pension information, even if you are not logged in with MitID
Copy of Privacy Policy and Declaration of Truth
Once a candidate completes a background check, a copy of the privacy policy they signed is kept, as well as a copy of their Declaration of Truth. These documents can be found on the individual case under “Documents”.

Automated emails
We have taken the first step towards a fully automated email flow in P-Secure, so that the communication between administrators and applicants in the future takes place directly on the platform. It is now possible to send welcome emails and reminders directly from P-Secure. You can send emails to individual checks or in bulk — both when creating new cases and to existing cases. Once a welcome email has been sent, you can send reminders afterwards. One reminder can be sent per case per day.
In the upcoming updates, we will expand the email functionality with more email types, including an email for returning cases with the ability to add comments to the applicant. In addition, we are working to make all emails configurable so that you have more control over when your emails are sent.
All emails sent from the P-Secure platform are sent through noreply@p-secure.com.
Resume activity period is displayed in file preview
It is now easier to review an applicant's resume and documentation. We have added the display of the resume activity period directly in the documentation window so that you can quickly form an overview.
Continuous improvements and bug fixes
We are continuously working to optimize the P-Secure platform. This update includes a number of bug fixes and improvements to the user experience, including better case management and general stability improvements. Our goal is to ensure that the platform always works as smoothly and efficiently as possible for you.
When working abroad, applicants can now seek out companies from almost every country in the world. Company data including address, industry, status, website, phone number and email will be presented on file under the “CV check” of the hiring company.
With the help of custom modules, your company can now obtain company-specific documents or special documents from applicants e.g. consent statements, first aid certificates, certificates, etc. It is possible to select the title and body of the custom module when creating the screening type. Please contact P-Secure via servicedesk@p-secure.comif you want to have the option to use the custom module.
It is now possible to vary the content of emails, welcome pages and privacy policies depending on which domain a case is created on and which screening categories the case contains. Please contact P-Secure via servicedesk@p-secure.com if you want to get the above configured.
It is now possible to track your usage (number of completed cases where data has been received from the applicant) and expiry of your subscription on the case overview.
The research module has received a major update. From an applicant's researcher ID, a complete publication history, a list of co-authors and an overview of co-authors' affiliations with universities and companies can now be retrieved. Publication history can be screened for hits on dual-use lists, emerging technologies, sanctions lists, the ASPI list, etc.
