P-Secure is a pioneering Danish SaaS company developing Europe's only platform for Automated and EU-compliant background checks for employees, applicants, consultants and suppliers. Our solution streamlines critical security processes, supports compliance with GDPR, NIS2 and CER directives, and contributes to a higher security culture in both private companies and public institutions. We have ambitious growth plans in Scandinavia and Europe and are now looking for a software project managerwho can manage our continuous development in cooperation with our product owner and ensure successful delivery to our customers.

About the role

As a project manager at P-Secure, you will:

• Lead and coordinate feature deliveries and project implementations from start to finish.

• Ensure the planning and execution of successful project and software deliveries in close collaboration with the Product Owner and internal operational, support and technical teams

• Contribute to the improvement of our project methods and delivery processes.

• Help ensure that features and projects are delivered on time and with high quality.

Your primary tasks

• Develop and maintain delivery plans and risk analyses.

• Facilitate sprint planning, stand-up, refinement, review and retrospectives.

• Coordinate between development, QA, customer support and operations.

• Communicate clearly with stakeholders and ensure progress

We expect that you

• Has experience as a project manager within software or SaaS product development.

• Is structured, results-oriented and thrives on driving multiple parallel development tracks.

• Fluent in both English and Danish in writing and speaking.

• Can handle stakeholders at different levels — from end users to management.

• Have experience with agile methods and tools (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, Linear, Azure DevOps).

• Is able to pass a background check

Competencies and experience

• Minimum 2-4 years of project management experience in software implementation projects.

• Understanding of governance, compliance and risk management.

• Ability to build trust.
