Lars is the CEO and partner of P-Secure. Lars has a background as head of counterintelligence in PET and as an officer in the Armed Forces.

Glenn is a partner and CCO of P-Secure and is responsible for customer contact and product development. Glenn has a background in law enforcement and PET.

Nicklas is a partner and CPO in P-Secure and is responsible for customer contact and product development. Nicklas has a background from the police and the Ministry of Justice, among others.

Jacob serves as the CTO of P-Secure and ensures the technical vision and strategy. Jacob has a degree in engineering from DTU and has previously worked as a software developer, IT architect and CTO/CIO in a number of companies.

Stine is COO of P-Secure. She has a background from the Danish Police most recently as Chief Super Intendent and as an officer of the reserve with The Armed Forces. She holds a masters degree in law.

Peter is a partner in P-Secure and works on the backend of P-Secure's IT system. Peter has a background as a data processor in the Danish intelligence services and has studied at the Institute of Computer Science, Copenhagen.

Thomas is the chairman and partner of the board. Formerly an officer in the defence and trained Cand.Jur.

Joachim is Tech Lead at P-Secure with responsibility for the development team, product development and technical vision. With a master's degree in Digital Design and Interactive Technologies and experience as a designer Digital Designer and consultant, he brings a unique combination of design understanding and technical expertise to P-Secure.

Mads develops and maintains the backend of P-Secure's IT system. Mads holds a Master of Scient. and has experience in areas such as education, basic research and police.

Aleks has been a part of P-Secure since the end of 2024, where he contributes to the development and maintenance of the company's digital solutions. Aleks graduated as a computer mathematician from Cphbusiness and works as a front-end developer.

Anders works as a front-end developer and strives to provide robust and user-friendly interfaces. Anders has a computer science background and specialises in modern front-end technologies.

Lasse works in the backend with further development and implementation of new data sources. Lasse has a degree in computer science, and has previously been self-employed in online marketing.

Sisse is a senior consultant at P-Secure, where she contributes to communications, P-Secure in Sweden and clients primarily in research and defence. Among other things, Sisse has a history with the Danish intelligence services and the Danish Agency for Social Security.

Alexander responsible for our service desk, onboarding and marketing. Alexander has several years of experience as a project manager and consultant in both major consulting houses and scale-ups. He has worked on digitalization, marketing and development projects across industries.

Christoffer is a senior consultant at P-Secure, where he works with product development and consulting — focusing on creating solutions that integrate security as a natural part of the organizational culture. Christoffer has a background in business development, design and implementation with a focus on the interaction between people, technology and organisation.

Clara is Customer Success in the operations team at P-Secure and works with implementation, support and internal processes. She has experience in the SaaS industry as well as a background in law enforcement.

Jacob is a Product Designer at P-Secure and has many years of experience as a consultant for a number of design agencies. He possesses a broad professional toolbox and a strong ability to handle complex design challenges across project types. Jacob's work is driven by a desire to create intuitive, thoughtful and value-creating user experiences where aesthetics and function go hand in hand.

Per is a backend developer at P-Secure with a special focus on system architecture and DevOps. He brings with him two decades of experience as a programmer in many different tech stacks, as well as experience with compliance and GDPR in both the private and public sectors.

Frederik works as a backend developer where he helps ensure that the systems behind the scenes run as they should and can be scaled. Frederik has a master's degree in Information Technology from DTU, and has experience in both the startup environment and big corporate.

Niki has experience with front-end development from both small and large companies and takes great pride in bridging the gap between design and technology. He graduated from ITU with a particular passion for web design, UX, and clean, scalable code.

Ulrik works as a project manager responsible for developing OSINT solutions for P-Secure. Ulrik has experience as an officer in the Armed Forces and with work as a researcher in OSINT.
