On 1 June 2024, the Danish Transport Authority's regulations will enter into force in Greenland. This requires all airports and suppliers to airports in Greenland to carry out enhanced background checks on their employees.

Background

Safety and efficiency at Greenland's airports will take a big step forward on June 1, 2024. From this date, the Danish Transport Agency will introduce new regulations requiring expanded background checks on all employees at airports and their suppliers in Greenland. This change marks an important milestone for safety, but at the same time raises questions about the practical challenges traditionally posed by manual processes.

It is well known that manual background checks can be both time consuming and cost heavy. Therefore, it is with great enthusiasm that we implement P-Secure in Greenland. With the implementation of P-Secure, the administrative burden will be significantly reduced.

Although P-Secure will automate a large part of the process, we are aware that certain aspects may continue to require manual handling. This is where cooperation with Greenland Airports, Air Greenland and the relevant authorities becomes crucial. Our common goal is to ensure that automation reaches as widely as possible, and that together we reduce unnecessary work for employees, companies and authorities to a minimum.

P-Secure is offered to businesses and authorities in Greenland as a standard package that meets the Danish Traffic Authority's new requirements for enhanced background checks. Find a package that meets your company's background investigation needs.
