P-Secure was originally developed for Danish research institutions and universities with the aim of screening researchers, suppliers and delegation visits due to the risk of espionage.
Few companies or research institutions have the necessary skills to translate the authorities' recommendations into practical measures. This is a problem because they run the risk of making decisions on an incomplete basis, or of violating current legislation. It was against this background that P-Secure was developed.
The ambition was to develop a standard software that is continuously developed on the basis of the experience of the respective sectors. In this way, we will enshrine knowledge in our software and not in individuals.
With P-Secure, companies and research institutions and authorities can now effectively establish strong security protocols by drawing on the many experiences that are continuously added to the solution — while ensuring that they comply with national regulatory requirements.
